Hough Turf and Garden Supplies is a family business originating in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. Our products are specially formulated fertilisers designed to be used on your home lawn. All of our products are professionally used at a variety of sport stadiums and golf courses across Australia.
Each of our products are best used at a specific time of the year. Information regarding our products can be found in our 'fertiliser range'. In here, you will also find our product specific Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product information sheets, and a short video outlining each product.
How Do We Know What Product to Use?

We also offer a personalised annual fertiliser program tailored specifically to your home lawn. This plan will recommend the most suitable products for your lawn over the duration of the year, including the best times for application, providing you with a simple and effective way to manage your lawn care.
Shipping
We offer a local delivery within the Adelaide Hills for a rate of $8.95.
The delivery rate for the remainder of our products is based on the location and the total weight on a customers order.

Adelaide: 3-5 Business Days
Melbourne, Sydney, ACT, and SE Queensland: 4-7 Business Days
Perth and Hobart: 6-10 Business Days
Rest of SA, NSW, Vic, QLD: 6-10 Days
Darwin, and Rest of NT, WA, Tasmania : 8-14 Days
Remote and rural locations within Australia are limited for our delivery services to access and therefore increase the delivery time and cost.
Payments
We accept secure payments via Visa, and Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
Returns and Refunds
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email cooper@houghturfgardensupplies.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
